224 acres, m/l, will be offered as two individual parcels:

Land Location
Parcel 1 - From Gibson: 2 miles east on County Road G13, head north onto Hwy 21 for 2 miles and ¾ mile west on 540th Ave. The farm is located on the south side of the road.
Parcel 2 - From Gibson: 2 miles east on County Road G13, head north onto Hwy 21 for 1½ miles. The farm is located on the west side of the road.

Parcel 1: 100 acres, m/l, with 91.8 est. FSA crop acres all of which are in CRP. Crop acres are enrolled in 2 CRP contracts. Approx. 8.23 acres are enrolled in a contract that pays $231.55 per acre and expires 9/30/2028. Approx. 83.57 acres are enrolled in a contract that pas $106.96 per acre and expires 9/30/2019. CSR2 on the crop acres is 59.4.

Parcel 2: 124 acres, m/l, with 108.8 est. FSA crop acres, all of which are in CRP. Crop acres are enrolled in 2 CRP contracts. Approx. 3.82 acres are enrolled in a contract that pays $231.55 per acre and expires 9/30/2028. Approx. 105.01 acres are enrolled in a contract that pays $106.96 per acre and expires 9/30/2019. CSR2 on the crop acres is 59.0.

If parcels sell to different buyers, the properties will be surveyed a Seller's expense and FSA/NRCS would need to reconstitute farms to determine final Acres, Bases and CRP contract figures for each parcel. Those figures have been estimated for each parcel in the property brochure.
