Been trying to find some 8 to 10 foot fiberglass poles to make into bank lines kind of like the Catfish getters u can order online, but really don't want to spend a fortune on ordering pre-made ones. So does anyone know where I can get ahold of some poles?

Maybe what the golf club uses for the flags on the greens, not sure how long they are. Back in my day we used rerod, concrete rerod, sometimes wire on a 2 foot rubber bungee cord and then our line.

10' piece of .25" I'd pvc pipe. Drill a hole in the end. Wire heavy swivel to end of pole to attach line. You might plant green or brown. Don't forget your name and address on it.

We have used 3/4" PVC pipe, but threaded the line all the way thru it and tied it off on the bank as a safety. 1/4" is waaaaay to flimsy for catfish.

The garden center at Menards has fiberglass poles that are used to put in the ground to tie small trees or saplings to for support. they come in 8' , 10' or 12' lengths and work great for bank poles.
